AGM (27/03/2025) minutes have been published on the Club notice boards.

Following the detail shared at the AGM the club finds itself in a difficult position with only two viable options.

The current committee have managed to agree some options with the Association of Conservative Clubs (ACC) that will release money to the club to ensure its immediate survival. However, for this to happen there are key roles within the club that must be filled by the members to allow for a Committee to be formed to run the club.

These key roles will be posted on the club notice boards.

Failure to construct a adequate committee will lead to the club closure on the 31st May 2025.

An emergency meeting will be held (tbc) to allow for members to come forward to nominate themselves onto the Committee. At that point if a committee can not be formed then dissolving if the club proceedings will commence.
